By using Woys AI, you acknowledge that voice analysis results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. The service provides indicators of emotional state and inconsistency but cannot determine truthfulness or intent. Results must never be used as legal evidence.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Woys AI application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
2. Nature of the Service
Woys AI is an acoustic analysis platform that provides probabilistic indicators of emotional state, stress levels, and speech consistency based on vocal patterns. The service does not and cannot:
- Determine with certainty whether a person is being truthful or deceptive
- Provide legally admissible evidence of any kind
- Serve as a substitute for professional psychological, legal, or medical evaluation
- Guarantee the accuracy of any analysis result
3. User Consent Requirements
You must inform speakers and obtain their explicit, informed consent before recording or analyzing their voice using Woys AI. This requirement applies regardless of your jurisdiction's specific recording consent laws. Woys AI requires a higher standard: always obtain consent.
4. Prohibited Uses
You expressly agree NOT to use Woys AI for:
- Unlawful surveillance, wiretapping, or covert recording of any individual
- Harassment, stalking, intimidation, or abuse of any person
- Presenting analysis results as evidence in any legal, judicial, or administrative proceeding
- Discrimination based on analysis results in employment, housing, or any protected context
- Any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Commercial resale of analysis results without express written permission from Buyxall LLC
5. Analysis Limitations & Disclaimer
Voice analysis results reflect statistical correlations between acoustic features and emotional states observed in research populations. Individual results may vary significantly. Factors including accent, illness, fatigue, medication, and recording quality can substantially affect analysis output.
Woys AI is not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from reliance on analysis results. Users assume full responsibility for how they interpret and act upon analysis output.
6. Data Retention
The service may delete stored analyses according to retention limits (10 analyses maximum, 30-day storage period). Users are responsible for exporting any results they wish to retain beyond these limits.
7. Subscription & Payments
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. All payment disputes, refund requests, and billing inquiries must be directed to Apple. Woys AI has no access to your payment information.
8. Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)
In-app purchases and subscriptions are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using this app, you also agree to Apple's EULA, available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stgula/
9. Intellectual Property
All technology, algorithms, models, and interfaces comprising Woys AI are the exclusive intellectual property of Buyxall LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Termination
Buyxall LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Woys AI at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms or any conduct we deem harmful to other users or the service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
